We are currently offering free shipping for purchases of $35 and over to the US!
We ship using First Class Parcel Post.
You will receive an email when you order your item AND when it ships.
We try to ship multiple times during the week. Do not hesitate to reach for more specifics as to when your order will ship!
Returns & Exchanges
We always hope that your order is received and loved but we do know that some times things don't work out.
If you are returning an item for refund or exchange, it must be received in the same fashion it was shipped and in the same condition. If the item is not received in proper order there will be a 25% restock fee.
If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect address we require a $3 reshipment fee of which you will be invoiced for and your item will not be reshipped or refunded until contact is made.
If you are requesting an exchange due to an error on your part you will cover shipping.
If you are requesting an exchange due to an error on our part we will cover shipping.
If an item is returned to us your money will be refunded as soon as the item is received back.
